We would like to invite you to promote your business/organization by being part of Western North Carolina’s 2nd Annual Natural Parenting Expo Event, brought to the community by Labor With Love Doula and Birth Services and the WNC Babywearers, on Sunday, May 22nd, 2016 at the Stephens Lee Recreation Center in downtown Asheville from 12:00 to 5:00 pm.

The 2014 Expo had over 35 vendors and 200+ attendees, and 2016’s expo will be even larger and more fun!

To apply to be a Vendor and/or Sponsor please follow the instructions below:

1) Please  fill out the application form below in its entirety
2) Applications are due by APRIL 1st
3) Notifications of decisions for vendors will be made by April 15th with payment due by April 22nd
Vendors will be reviewed and selected by the Expo Planning Committee after all applications have been received by the April 1st deadline. We will be allotting caps for each type of vendor (*PLEASE NOTE: Applications for vendors will only be accepted for vendors who’s services or products are created or rendered by them. We will not consider applications for Multi-Level Marketing businesses [DoTerra, Usborne, Juice Plus, etc.] or national chain businesses). The selection process will not depend on when your application is received. Thanks again for joining us in this new partnership and we look forward to working with you!

Sponsorship Packages:

Platinum – $200:

•Your link and logo on the Expo website
•3 posts promoting your business on our Facebook page
•Your logo on promotional postcards and fliers
•Your promotional items in our gift bags

Gold – $150:

•Your link and logo on the Expo website
•1 post promoting your business on our Facebook page
•Your promotional items in our gift bags

Silver – $100:

•Your link and logo on the Expo website
•Your promotional items in our gift bags


Vendor Packages:

Be a vendor at our Event! You or your organization’s bio will be featured on the Natural Parenting Expo event website with a link to your website. In renting a vendor table, all tables and chairs will be provided (must supply own table linens). There are 4 tiers to select from:

Full Vendor Selling Table – $75:

This will buy you a whole table (2 ½’ X 8’) in which you can display information about your services or business, as well as display and sell your products/services to make a profit.

Full Vendor Table – $60:

This will buy you a whole table (2 ½’ X 8’) in which you can display information about your services or business.

 1/2 Vendor Selling Table – $50:

This will buy you a half table (1/2 table = 2 1/2′ X 4’) in which you can display information about your services or business. (Note: when you purchase a 1/2 table, more than likely you will be sharing a table with another vendor)

1/2 Vendor Table – $35:

This will buy you a half table (1/2 table = 2 1/2′ X 4’) in which you can display information about your services or business. (Note: when you purchase a 1/2 table, more than likely you will be sharing a table with another vendor)
